 Program Summary
This is a developmental springboard diving program for kids 8 - 16. Great for new divers who want to learn this fun and challenging sport as well as high school divers who want to improve before next season. We compete as an AAU member team.

Part art, part physics, all fun! This sport is for anyone who has ever wished they could fly. Our program stresses sound basic skill development. Participants advance at their own rate one dive at a time. Competitions are held throughout the state at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels by age bracket. Diving helps develop cognitive thinking skills, mental discipline and self confidence as well as core body tone, strength and flexibility.
