 Program Summary
Aquatic Achievers is an introduction to competitive swimming for kids 4-14. Fundamental skill / stroke development and learning the rules and structure of the sport is the main focus of this program.

Swimming is the best sport to get kids involved in for so many reasons. Success in this sport is directly attributed to practice and perseverance, not size and natural ability. The standard of success is the clock, not organizational politics, and everybody gets to play. Swimming builds a strong cardio-pulmonary system, superior cognitive and coordination abilities, and enhanced flexibility.
Our Aquatic Achievers program helps new swimmers develop a sound fundamental skill base. We teach them the rules and structure of competitive swimming and help them apply it in fun, kid-friendly meets.

| For insurance liability purposes, Rockledge High School requires that all of our program participants be members of USA Swimming. This is a once per year fee of $56. |
