| This is an introduction to competitive swimming for kids 4-14. The program is designed to teach sound fundamental skills, effective stroke technique, and basic wellness habits, as well as the rules and structure of competitive swimming. This would be a great way to prepare for our age group program, or even summer rec league swimming. |

| Intermediate to advanced level swimmers can compete year-round as part of our age group team. This program encourages kids 6-14 to set goals, refine their stroke technique, develop good training habits and enjoy the camaraderie of a team sport. |

| Designed specifically for high school swimmers, this program develops technical skills, training habits, and the competetive saavy at a modest time and cost requirement. Great program for swimmers busy with other sports or extra-curricular activities who want to make a significant improvement for next season. |

| Quest Diving |
| Have you ever wanted to fly? This is the closest thing to it without an airplane. This program includes a starter group for kids 8-13 to develop fundamental skills and basic technique. More advanced groups are available for returning high school divers. The program includes both meets and practice. This is an AAU team and requires membership in the AAU. |
